SITE SEARCHES
Via my partnership with HPN Global, I will conduct an extensive, confidential hotel search to help you find the best overall deal for your event. Within 48 hours, I can have initial rates, dates, catering costs and more so you can start narrowing location options for your event.
RATE NEGOTIATION
Using the volume buying power generated via HPN’s 1000+ meetings sourced per month, I will negotiate on your behalf obtaining the best deal available by addressing rate, attrition, additional discounts on catering and audiovisual as well as upgrades for the group.
SITE VISIT ARRANGEMENTS
If you plan to visit the properties being considered prior to making a final decision, I can make all the necessary arrangements and prepare your agenda for your visit.
CONTRACT REVIEWS
I work with you to review all contracts to ensure the best terms and conditions are being offered while confirming that all previously offered upgrades, discounts and other “extras” are included before signature. Further, we work together to verify all of your meeting requirements, set up times and meeting rooms contracted are blocked appropriately according to your agenda at the time of contract.

HPN Global has a vast network of partners who can assist you with transportation, audio-visual, speakers, entertainment and more.
COVID-19 has brought about a whole new world when it comes to contracting an event at a hotel. While we'll work together to verify all of your meeting requirements are held per your specifications, I'll also be closely reviewing the agreements to ensure they reflect all the latest industry standards from attrition to Force Majeure and more to give you peace of mind that your organization and your attendees can meet with confidence.

FREE TO YOU
You will never have to pay for using the power of HPN Global’s sourcing services. Hotels pay us a placement fee based on the number of room nights that your group uses for your event – this fee doesn’t impact your rate in any way.
RATE SAVINGS
Using our proprietary RFP system, we source over 1000 meetings per month for our clients allowing us to obtain significant volume discounts on room rates, concessions and extra protection on contractual terms which may be otherwise difficult to obtain as a single organization.
TIME SAVINGS

NO CONTRACTS
There is no down side to working with us as we don’t require a contract to begin a search and if you’re unhappy with our results you don’t have to use us. Obviously, we’re very confident in our service and therefore never ask for customers to commit to anything other than the opportunity to be of service.
MEETINGS OF ANY SIZE
No meeting is too large (or too small) for HPN Global. We regularly handle meetings as small as 10 rooms but can handle large city wide events and everything in between!

ABOUT CHRISTINE
With a resume that spans more than 25 years in the hospitality industry as a corporate planner, a third-party planner and a Director of Sales & Marketing where was I was named “Sales Leader of the Year” two years in a row, I can truly say I've done it all when it comes to meetings and events. My background in working on both sides of the table in hospitality has helped me develop a 360-degree view of what it takes to bring value to my clients and hotel partners. I'm pleased to be able to offer my insights as a consultant to planners wishing to save time and money when sourcing their meetings and events.
When I’m not working with my clients, I enjoy traveling the globe with my husband, and now business partner, Glenn. We love getting out and exploring the restaurant scene in our hometown of Waynesville, NC (just outside of Asheville) and spending time with our friends or snuggling up on the couch with our cat when we’re not busy planning our next travel adventure.
ABOUT HPN GLOBAL
HPN Global developed its own sourcing platform based upon efficiency and, just as importantly, to foster relationships between hotels and clients. The company’s philosophy is to have a single point of contact at each hotel so a long-term relationship can be formed, resulting in priority handling of our inquiries. Typically, in North America the company’s RFPs have a response rate of 85% within 24 hours and virtually 100% within 48 hours.
