Via my partnership with HPN Global, I will conduct an extensive, confidential hotel search to help you find the best overall deal for your event. Within 48 hours, I can have initial rates, dates, catering costs and more so you can start narrowing location options for your event.
Using the volume buying power generated via HPN’s 1000+ meetings sourced per month, I will negotiate on your behalf obtaining the best deal available by addressing rate, attrition, additional discounts on catering and audiovisual as well as upgrades for the group.
SITE VISIT ARRANGEMENTS
If you plan to visit the properties being considered prior to making a final decision, I can make all the necessary arrangements and prepare your agenda for your visit.
I work with you to review all contracts to ensure the best terms and conditions are being offered while confirming that all previously offered upgrades, discounts and other “extras” are included before signature. Further, we work together to verify all of your meeting requirements, set up times and meeting rooms contracted are blocked appropriately according to your agenda at the time of contract.

You will never have to pay for using the power of HPN Global’s sourcing services. Hotels pay us a placement fee based on the number of room nights that your group uses for your event – this fee doesn’t impact your rate in any way.
Using our proprietary RFP system, we source over 1000 meetings per month for our clients allowing us to obtain significant volume discounts on room rates, concessions and extra protection on contractual terms which may be otherwise difficult to obtain as a single organization.

There is no down side to working with us as we don’t require a contract to begin a search and if you’re unhappy with our results you don’t have to use us. Obviously, we’re very confident in our service and therefore never ask for customers to commit to anything other than the opportunity to be of service.
MEETINGS OF ANY SIZE
No meeting is too large (or too small) for HPN Global. We regularly handle meetings as small as 10 rooms but can handle large city wide events and everything in between!
