There's nothing like a warm referral! Around 35% of our business comes from clients who were referred to us. Referrals are the greatest compliment we can receive, especially from someone we've already worked with.

Here's How it Works
Initial Referral Bonus
Give us a warm referral* to someone who plans their company's off-site meetings and events. After we speak with them, we'll send you your choice of one of these $25 gifts.
Additional Booking Bonus
If we're able to establish a relationship with your referral and they book a meeting with us with a gross room night revenue of at least $25,000 or more, we'll send you an additional one-time bonus of a gift card of up to $500 depending on the size of the event (see below chart). AND we'll also present our new client with a the same reward!

*What's a Warm Referral?
A warm referral means that you personally introduce us to the planner you know.
That could mean that you:

Send us an email copying the planner you're referring with an introduction to us that starts a conversation

Send us the contact information of the planner you know and let them know that we'll be reaching out

Have your contact give us a call or email us and have them drop your name as the referral source
Who's a Good Referral For Us?
So, who would you refer to us? Basically, anyone who helps plan their company's off-site meetings and events. One thing to know is that many of the people we work with don't have the official title of "Corporate Event Planner". It could also be anyone with one of these titles:

Director of special events
Many times, though, it's someone who has another primary job and they're asked to also help plan events. So, it could even be someone in marketing, an executive admin or even an executive at the copmany.
The events this person would plan would require the need for at least one overnight stay for a group that required at least 10 rooms at a hotel or resort but we can also work with groups of 1,000+ with thousands of rooms needed over the course of the event. So, they may plan small, regional events, larger company incentive trips or annual meetings or conventions. We work with them all!
